2016 Mad Hatter Holiday Festival!

Come see the home town parade with a whimsical twist! The Mad Hatter Holiday Festival includes our famous parade of art cars, many of which follow an "Alice in Wonderland" design style. The Festival starts at 2:00pm on Saturday, December 3rd, with the actual parade start at 4:00pm.

 

Oh No! Not another Halloween Show!

Yes! That's right! For two nights only! It's a scary variation on the classic Sherlock Holmes story: "The Hound of the Hibernians, A Murder Mystery" will shock you and possibly get slobbered upon! Ewww!

Dates: October 29 & 30th

Times: 7:30pm to 11:00pm

Haunted House Returns!

Come to our annual Haunted House! This time with a 1920's speakeasy theme. Fun for the whole family!  

From 4-7:30pm on October 29 & 30th at Obtainium Works!

July 29, 30, 31, 2016: Art Car Invasion of Solano County Fair!

Obtainium Works is driving several art cars through the Solano County Fair! Vehicles include:

  • Teapot
  • Submarine
  • Robot
  • Battleship
  • Tuk-Tuk
  • Mushroom
  • and more!

 

 

July 16-17, 2016: Obtainium Cup & Art Car Jam!

TWO days of art car madness! On Saturday dozens of art cars (artistically modified vehicles) will gather at Obtainium Works Studio an have a day long series of workshops, demos, a fashion show, a Tea Party, and more! On Sunday is the wackiest road rally ever! Located on Mare Island, bring your human powered contraption and race around the island and try to survive various silly challenges such as Zombies, Mad Hatters, rampaging robots, and flying monkeys.  More details on the Obtainium Cup Page. 

 

 

 

 

June 25th, 2016: Bob Sampayan for Mayor TIKI FUNDRAISER!

Obtainium Works likes Bob! We want to support his bid for Vallejo Mayor this election season by throwing him a fundraiser party!  In proper Obtainium Style, of course! So put on your loudest Hawaiian shirt and join the luau at the TIKI PARTY FUNDRAISER at Obtainium Works Studio!
